Room Needed: Several rooms to a whole house. Plenty of room to dance is a good thing. Seating: Plenty of seating probably not quite 1:1 but lots of seats. Place seats around the outer edge of the party so that it brings people together in the center of rooms. Drinks: Mixed drinks are tough now. Shots are ok if you have a bartender. Beer, kegs are the best way to go now but cans will get the job done. Male-to-Female Ratio: With a larger party you need a good mix, basically the more women the better but if you want it to get wild try to have at least 50% male. Music: Now music can be a bit louder because you are in several rooms, but keep it moderate. Dance tunes are definitely needed. Cop Prevention: Window blacking is nice just to keep the police harassment down. Keep the volume down. Try to keep smokers out of the way such as in the basement or in the back of the house.
